BIOGRAPHY

The world of painting has captivated her since she was small. Guided by the hand of her father – although a doctor by profession, he was a painting enthusiast – and with the mentorship of her good friend, Antonio Iniesta, she soon discovered that portraits would be the theme that would accompany her for life.

From La Mancha region, born in Manzanares (Ciudad Real), she started her formal art training in 2008 after a long trajectory of self-teaching. It was in 2009 – 2010 when she decided to also include urban and rural landscapes in her body of work, embodying the costumbrist character of her homeland.

In 2008, she registered in the ‘Association of friends and painters of Villasenor Museum’ in Ciudad Real, through which she participated in various painting technique courses, contests, as well as participation in artistic activities in which she developed improvisation skills and the discussion of the participants of each activity.
